Alfred looks at Ivar with a hint of uncertainty. He doesn't turn him away though. It reminds him briefly of Hvitserk, which is a thought he pushes away just as quickly as it came. The other Viking had always been invading his personal space as well.
"Okay," he says, shifting to make sure there is room for Ivar. Luckily the room is dim and Ivar can't see the way his cheeks have likely colored a bit. The idea of sharing a bed with Ivar is well... it would be most unseemly back home.
